Not long! It depends a bit on location and accessibility, but we should be able to check out your system in 2-10 days. We’ll get you our findings 48 hrs after and help formulate a plan from there.
Depending on the products used in your original installation, you may be able to confirm system operation and production by viewing the digital readout on your inverter. You may also have an online production monitor. If you cant access either of those, you should be able to tell by looking at your monthly electric bill from the utility- it should at least say how much solar power was sent back to the grid in times your solar production was higher than what you were using in the building.
It usually takes more time to plan than it does to execute. Depending on the size of the system, the actual on site work might range from two days to two weeks. We’ll create a custom plan and schedule for your building and review with you before we get started.
Cleaning dust and debris off the solar panels will increase solar production. It’s important not to use harsh chemicals or high pressure sprayers though. Let us know if you’d like to include a bid for cleaning after our initial inspection.

Once identified, we will suggest the correct repairs necessary to get your system back to operating smoothly and functioning as it’s supposed to for maximum energy production. If this requires a second site visit to fix the problem, we will schedule it then and discuss pricing with the building owner before performing any repairs needed.
